Blocked assets

Paysera blocked my funds for no reason. They are referring to some general clause in terms of usage but so far they provided no evidence or concrete reason. Also their support is ignoring my requests for explanation so I believe they stole the money and that it is a scam. At this point I am basically robbed without any further communication. I'll put a formal complaint to Bank of Lithuania. Also their phones are non existing ones so really looks like scam operation.

User's recommendation: Do not use them and if you are move your funds away from them. It is a scam operation.

Stealing my money

I'm more than 2 months restricted and they hold my money for no reason listed in the agreement and the support team respond after a week and in a rude way all this because I'm a Muslim and according to this I filled a complaint in the UK government
